Refund & Cancellation Policy


RESERVATIONS:

The price of your trip is guaranteed when you have paid a deposit.


PAYMENT:

After we send you the confirmation of services for your tour, we will require a 25% deposit in order to secure your booking. This deposit counts as part of your final payment.The balance of the cost of the tour can be settled while in Jordan in cash.


CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation fees for ground services will normally be charged according to the following scale:


- Up to 21 days before starting of the tour: 0% will be charged (Fully refunded )


- Up to 14 days before scheduled arrival: 25% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

- 10 - 8 days before scheduled arrival: 50% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

- 7 - 3 days before scheduled arrival: 75% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

- 3 - 1 days before scheduled arrival: 100% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

REFUNDS:

A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Additional bank charges or credit/debit card charges are not covered by us
